This piece is particularly dear to my heart and was inspired by my love of sea swimming and also the many times in life when you have to take a leap of faith, ‘plunge’ into the unknown and know that whatever happens, you chose to grow and move out of your comfort zone . It is ALWAYS worth it. You never regret a sea swim. You always feel AMAZING after it, rejuvenated.
