How do I buy a print?
You can buy a print by accessing the shop page here.
All prints are printed to order. Please allow one to two weeks before prints are shipped
All prints are unframed unless requested by you and will be carefully placed in a triangular tube or hardback envelope for safe transport. Larger prints will be carefully rolled and shipped in a sturdy tube. Available sizes are listed along with the price, under each print in my Print Shop HERE. If you would like a different size print than what is in my shop please do not hesitate to get in touch and I will do my very best to get you what you want.
How do I buy an original?
I have a number of original pieces available for purchase, you can find them HERE. I also post most of my work on my Instagram account, if there is a specific piece you would like to enquire about you can send me a message using the contact page HERE or please email me at lucycullenartist@gmail.com or alternatively send me a direct message on Instagram.

How is the artwork shipped?
Original Artwork is delivered in person if possible for Dublin and Wicklow areas. If personal delivery is not possible a courier service will be used. You are always welcome to arrange to collect your piece too!
Prints are placed in a hardback envelope or a tube for safe transport and are posted using An Post.
International Orders: I package all artwork with great care and can provide you with a quote for the exact shipping cost. This will depend on destination, size and weight of a particular order. Shipping costs cover fees, labour, time and packaging supplies. If you pop us an email we can let you know - lucycullenartist@gmail.com
How can I pay?
Payments for Prints and Originals can be made on the website using Stripe for card payments or alternatively through Paypal. Invoices will be sent manually for Originals not listed on the site and Commission pieces and can be paid via pPaypal, bank transfer or Revolut.
Copyright
Please be aware that I hold all rights to all my artwork. This includes sold and unsold originals, commissions and prints. I do not permit my artwork to be resold or reproduced for profit, without my written permission. I retain the right to reproduce any piece of artwork I make.
Returns
Whilst I always try to make sure the customer is always satisfied, accidents do happen. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order for any reason or you have received a damaged product, please contact us within 2 weeks (14 days) from the receiving date. We will issue a refund as long as the item is returned in an unused condition.
